FAQs

What are your product sizes? 

Each of our items are bespokely hand-made, and therefore we can't guarantee specific sizes. If you have a question about the dimensions of a product, please reach out to Caroline at hello.dishyceramics@gmail.com 

How long will delivery take?

Once a purchase is made, we aim to dispatch items within 48hrs, and use Royal Mail 2nd class delivery. If you need an item for a certain date, please contact Caroline before placing your order and she may be able to accommodate your request. *Additional postage fees may apply. 

What is your returns policy? 

As a small business, we do not have the capacity to offer returns on our items. If you have any questions about an item before ordering, please contact Caroline. 

What if my item arrives broken? 

We ensure all of our products are packaged securely to prevent breakage. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please contact hello.dishyceramics@gmail.com so that we can organise a refund or replacement. 

I'd like to commission a custom product/ products

Caroline makes each piece of pottery herself, and therefore if you have a request for a specific item, colour or design, please reach out to hello.dishyceramics@gmail.com with the details of your request to get a quote. Please note that due to the bespoke manufacturing of our products, sets of identical items are not guaranteed.
